Ingredients:
100 g flour
150 ml chicken stock
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

1 tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp grated ginger
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 tsp pepper
Complement:
Mayonnaise, put in a plastic triangle
Chili sauce, put in a plastic triangle
Ebi fried mashed, for sprinkling
Sliced scallions, for topping
How to make:
1. Mix flour, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
2. Add eggs and chicken broth gradually, stirring constantly until well blended.
3. Put all ingredients contents, stir well.
4. Heat a non-stick griddle, spread with a little oil, pour the batter, flatten.
5. Cook over low heat until cooked through.
6. Spread with sauce ingredients, add streaks of mayonnaise and chili sauce, then sprinkle with fried dried shrimp and sliced scallions.
7. Serve warm.
